Lauren Mernick, LPC, LMHC, NCC

Lauren is the Founder of From Within Wellness and has been in the field of mental health for close to twenty years. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Mental Health Counselor, and National Certified Counselor. She is able to provide therapy to clients and supervision to clinicians located in CT, RI, and MA. She approaches all interactions from a direct yet empathic perspective, and is not afraid to laugh with clients in session.
